Two of the greatest Star Wars stories are back! Marvel collects the Thrawn Trilogy AND the Dark Empire Trilogy in one massive hardcover volume. Before the Disney sequels these tales were the true continuations to Luke Skywalker’s adventures. The previous reprints sold out instantly so think fast!
BATMAN #150
Equally impressive is this milestone issue of Batman. This double length instalment ties into the vast Absolute Power story arc. And yet it’s a rather intimate affair in which a small time crook discovers the true identity of Batman. A sweet and simple way to celebrate the legacy of the Dark Knight.
LIFE OF WOLVERINE #1
More celebrations! Wolverine turns fifty this year, so Marvel spoils us with this cool biographical one-shot. Writer Jim Zub includes elements from every single key moment of the Wolverine timeline. Quite an achievement, considering Life of Wolverine is a standard length issue. Congrats Logan!
BIRDS OF PREY #11
Want something different? In their latest issue the Birds of Prey find themselves fighting dinosaurs. Cool huh? The current timeline sees these supergirls looking for Batgirl in many different dimensions across time and space. This time they’ve ended up in prehistoric days eager to fights some raptors!
