11-10-24 | The Doctor has landed at the Kingdom of Elfia. And we’re very happy she did, because we cannot get enough of Fourth Doctor cosplayers. This was one of those rare occasions when the cosplayer spotted us, rather than the other way ’round. I happened to be wearing my Doctor Who scarf that day, which drew cosplayer Luna’s attention.
